Do I receive e-tickets or voucher and confirmation ?

Yes, as soon as you complete the booking process. You will receive a voucher by email which you must save on gadget to be show to our staff at our shop in Padang Bai. You can make reservation half year to one day before departure, but for high season you have to book in advance.

 

Can I change the dates of my tickets?

Yes, you can change the date or the departure time by contacting us at least 24 hour before departure but subject to availability.

 

Can I cancel my tickets?

Yes, you can cancel your tickets but the cancellation policy applies. In most cases, all bookings cancelled more than one weeks before the date of travel will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than one weeks but more than 24 hours from the date of travel will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the date of travel are usually not eligible for a refund.

 

What are the methods of Payment ?

All payments using credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and Debit cards processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.

 

What currency will I have to pay in?
