BLUE LAGOON SNORKELING is a snorkeling operator base in Padang Bai, Bali and also acts as a booking agent for tours packages on the website of www.bluelagoonsnorkeling.com.

By using and/or visiting our site for making bookings you agree to these General Terms and Conditions Site Use (“the Terms”) and you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the terms and all applicable laws and regulations that govern this site and your booking.

SITE CONTENT AND INORMATIONS

Blue Lagoon Snorkeling may modify the content of the site and or terms at any time and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified content and or terms on the site including, availability and price of the services. .

 

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION POLICY

The booking can be done through instant booking or enquiry booking depending on Blue Lagoon Snorkeling services availability. The product's pricing are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in IDR using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com. For every successful booking transaction the customer will get a voucher and receipt a payment confirmation by email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction. If the email goes to your spam box, please mark it as As Not Spam' for your future benefit. Should you not receive the voucher, please contact us. User / buyer should print the voucher or save the voucher in their gadget (e-voucher) as user must show it to Blue Lagoon Snorkeling staff.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Blue Lagoon Snorkeling reserves the right to act to cancel the reservations that have been made which is not in accordance with the service .

Blue Lagoon Snorkeling reserves the right to cancel the reservation that has been made due to bad weather, it's for the safety of the custumer.

Cancellations by guest ;

  • If cancellation more than 1 weeks before the departure date will receive a full refund (minus any charges applied to make the refund).
  • If cancellations made more than 36 hours, but less than 1 weeks before departure date will receive a 50% refund.
  • If cancellations made less than 36 hours or no show from the departure date will receive no refund.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments using credit cards (Visa and Master Card) and Debit cards processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.
